Press Release Body = ANGEL FIRE, New Mexico -February 21, 2007 - WorldSharp Technologies, Inc. today announced that effective immediately, NoteServe Contract Servicing Software will be priced based on the number of contracts to be processed. NoteServe now has four versions available - Express, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The entry level, NoteServe Express can now be purchased for as little as $1,000 for customers that need to process up to 250 contracts. NoteServe Silver sells for $2,500 and processes up to 1,000 contracts. NoteServe Gold sells for $5,000 and processes up to 4,000 contracts. NoteServe Platinum is designed to process over 4,000 contracts and prices and features are tailored to individual customer requirements. When a customer needs to process more contracts than his version allows, he simply pays the price difference between systems to move up to the next version.
WorldSharp is pleased to be able to provide all the versions of NoteServe giving users state of the art processing features for the note and loan servicing. NoteServe is designed to process payment and disbursement activity for notes and loans. Clients of the package include financial institutions, contract servicing companies, title & escrow companies, hard-money lenders, mortgage & investment companies and private investors. Bobby Anderson, President of WorldSharp Technologies said that the product is frequently used to service private contract notes or loans between individuals when a neutral third party processor is required. An example might be when a land or real estate contract buyer would send a payment to a servicing company and that company would calculate principal and interest and disburse funds to the seller or sellers.
When NoteServe is delivered, depending upon the version, several supporting WorldSharp software packages are included. The WorldSharp ACH Item Preparation System creates NACHA files for automatic charges and deposits to checking and savings accounts. The WorldSharp Check Reconciliation System interfaces with NoteServe for issued items and imports electronic statement information from banks for paid item information. NoteServe can also prepare a 'positive pay' file for transmission to the bank. Information is ported to the WorldSharp 1099 Item Preparation System so that 1098's and 1099's can be printed and electronically reported to the IRS. WorldSharp also provides an internet data hosting service to clients of NoteServe so that the client's customers can access their account information via the internet. NoteServe uses Microsoft Sequel Server as its database system.
Hal Beswick, director of Marketing for NoteServe said that the new pricing came about when they determined many potential customers really wanted and could utilize the advanced time saving features of NoteServe but didn't think they could cost justify the system. He said he was excited that they would now be able to provide such a powerful contract servicing system to clients that were processing a small number of contracts. He also noted that with interest rates increasing and available bank financing on the decline, the demand for more seller or individual financed notes and contracts is increasing. NoteServe is designed specifically for processing those types of accounts.
